The interview takes 45 to 60 minutes. Most candidates get their tier and feedback within a few days.
What if I score below the certification bar?
You won't be forwarded to a hiring manager yet, but you get a full feedback report, free Berri Tutor prep built around your gaps, and a guaranteed retake after 30 days.
How soon can I retake it?
After a 30-day cooling period, as many times as you need. The gap is there so the feedback is useful: real time to close the gaps before you try again.

Do I need an invitation?

How does Berri Certified actually work, end to end?

What is "MasterMind"?
MasterMind is the platform your certification interview runs on. It has built-in chat support during the interview, so if anything comes up mid-session you're not stuck.
What if I run into a technical glitch during my interview (audio, video, platform issue)?
Use MasterMind's in-session chat support right away, since it's built for exactly this. If it's not resolved there, reach out to support@berribot.com afterward and we'll help sort it out, including a retake if the glitch affected your interview.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong or I have a question about my process?
Two options: email support@berribot.com, or message the recruiter tagged on your interview invite, both can help with technical issues, rescheduling, or general questions.
What if I miss my scheduled interview or need to reschedule?
Reach out to support@berribot.com or your assigned recruiter as soon as you know, they'll help you get rebooked. This is separate from the 30-day cooling-period retake rule, which only applies after a completed attempt.
