Not for a job, an interview, training or a certificate, and not at any stage. If someone has asked you to pay or hand over your details in our name, it is fraud, and we want to hear about it.

Berribot India Private Limited ("Berribot") is a technology partner to organisations in their hiring processes and is not a recruitment consultant.
Berribot does not seek or accept any monetary or non-monetary benefit, including money, fees or any other consideration, from candidates in connection with any job opportunity, at any stage. This is consistent with the applicable laws of India and of the other jurisdictions in which we operate. Any such request made in Berribot's name is unauthorised.
Berribot personnel do not contact candidates directly. All candidate interactions on our platform take place through our AI agents.
If you receive a request for payment or any other benefit that claims to come from Berribot, please do not respond, and report it to legal@berribot.com. Please remain vigilant against fraudulent communications.
Berribot accepts no liability for any loss, damage or expense arising from interactions with persons or entities falsely representing themselves as being associated with Berribot.

However urgent the message sounds, a real hiring process run on Berribot never needs a payment from you.

Report it to the police
If you paid money, act quickly. In India, call the national cybercrime helpline on 1930 or file a complaint at cybercrime.gov.in. Elsewhere, contact your local police.

Keep the evidence
Save the messages, phone numbers, email addresses, payment receipts and screenshots. They help us and the police trace who did it.
Report a fraud attempt.
Your report goes straight to the Berribot team as an urgent ticket, and you get a reference number on this page. We reply by email, so use an address you check.
Berribot can't recover money paid to someone else, but your report helps us warn other candidates and support a police investigation.
